Macaron Kitchen is finally live.
And we couldn’t be more excited to share our bakes with you.
Why we started Macaron Kitchen
We’ve always loved macarons — but too often they’re:

overly sweet

artificial tasting

or mass-produced with ingredients you can’t pronounce
We wanted something different.
Something that felt like it came from a real kitchen.
So we started making our own.
Properly.
Using techniques you’d find in a French patisserie, with ingredients you’d recognise from your cupboard at home.
No shortcuts. No mixes. No factory processes.
Just honest baking.
No E numbers. Ever.
One of our biggest promises is simple:
If we wouldn’t cook with it at home, we won’t use it.
That means:

proper butter & cream

quality chocolate

fruit purées & nuts
And absolutely:

no artificial preservatives

no stabilisers

no strange additives

Because a raspberry macaron should taste like raspberries, not flavouring.
Small batch baking (why we only dispatch once a week)
Every macaron is piped, baked, filled and packed by hand.
To keep quality high, we bake in small weekly batches only.
Here’s how it works:
Order by: Monday midnight
Bake: Tuesday
Fill & mature: overnight
Dispatch: Wednesday via tracked delivery
This gives each macaron time to develop that perfect texture:
crisp shell → soft centre → rich filling.
It’s slower than mass production — but so much better.
