At Macaron Kitchen, everything is made in small batches to order — never mass produced.
Because macarons are at their very best when fresh and properly matured, we work to a weekly baking and dispatch schedule rather than shipping every day.
This ensures every box you receive tastes exactly as it should.
📦 Our dispatch day
We bake and dispatch once per week.
Order cut-off: Monday at midnight
Dispatch day: Wednesday
Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Orders placed after Monday will be included in the following week’s batch.
This schedule allows time for:
• baking fresh shells
• preparing fillings
• resting and maturing flavours
• careful packing
The result is better texture, better flavour, and a more luxurious experience.
